Based in our Douglas, IOM office, you will handle a wide variety of service-related events, from general customer enquiries to basic technology-related matters.
Our First Contact team aims to provide a fast and efficient level of service of the highest standard to all our valued customers. You will take ownership of tasks from start to finish providing our customers with right-first-time resolutions at every possible opportunity.
You will find positive solutions from often challenging situations, building trust and rapport with key contacts at every opportunity.
